Directions to the Holiday Inn, Rancho Cordova

The Holiday Inn is located at 11269 Point East Drive, just a few blocks from the Sunrise Boulevard exit of U.S. Route 50.

Take the exit for south-bound Sunrise Boulevard. In roughly one-tenth of a mile, turn left onto Folsom Boulevard (east-bound).  Take the first left onto Point East Drive, pass the Marriott on the left, and continue another tenth of a mile to the Holiday Inn, also on your left. Park anywhere in the lot, and enter through the main lobby entrance at the front of the building.

Meetings policies and costs:

Our meetings include a complimentary continental breakfast from 9-10 a.m. Breakfast and socializing is followed by a short business session. After this we enjoy our workshop and/or lecture from approximately 10:30 a.m. till noon.

We encourage everyone to RSVP at least eight days before the meeting to avoid any late fee. It's a very simple process and our Events Coordinator is more than happy to take your information and answer your questions. Having an accurate count for our meetings aids with set-up and planning, so please help us and RSVP as early as possible.

You are welcome to attend the informational portion of the meeting only. Reservations must still be made, however, and you will be expected to pay the full meeting fee.

NOTE TO SVR MEMBERS:

Walk-ins will be charged a $10 fee. Cancellations made before Wednesday are not subject to payment of meeting fee. Cancellations made after Wednesday will be charged the meeting fee at the next meeting they attend if and only if a walk-in or late reservation DOES NOT take their place. Failure to pay for the missed meeting jeopardizes your "good member" standing.

*Please note that the Holiday Tea and Readers Luncheon do not constitute "regular" meetings so they do not count as one of the two meetings for guests.
