President: Oversees the chapter and board. Votes only in the case of a tie.
Vice President, Programs (voting member): books speakers and manages travel arrangements, meetings, etc, with the help of a few volunteers.
Vice President, Membership (Voting member): Maintains membership information including official roster. Is the main source of information for all things membership.
Treasurer (voting member): Maintains the finances of the chapter. Bookkeeping experience preferred.
Secretary (voting member): Keeps minutes of the general meetings and board meetings.
PAL (Published Author Liaison): is the go between the published authors and National RWA as well as the general chapter.
PRO: is the go between almost published authors (PRO members) and National RWA as well as the general chapter.
Events coordinator: receives reservations for meetings; is the main contact for both attendees and facility.
Publicity coordinator: spreads the word about meetings through e-mail.
Newsletter Editor: Creates and publishes chapter newsletter, available in both print and e-format.
Webmistress: maintains chapter website
Fundraising coordinator: raises money at chapter meetings to fund scholarship program
Retreat Coordinator: Arranges bi-annual 3-day retreats.
